We received an inquiry from America Client on July 6th 2019, he client asked us for portable concrete diesel pump, he said his father would like to build a 3-4 stories house, he was very interested in MINLE brand trailer concrete pump machine.
We are the professional manufacture of small Portable concrete pump trailer, we has exported portable concrete pump to many countries such as Mexico, Philippines, Kenya, Myanmar, Vietnam, and so on. Our Portable Concrete Pumps generally include two types, one is diesel type, another one is Electric motor, the price of diesel type was a little expensive than electric one.
He asked the electric one price, we offered him promptly. After 2 days, he replied me, he confirmed the electric power with me, he found that their country electric power is difficult to equip with the machine, one important point was the 2-phase or 3-phase electric, the portable diesel concrete pump required 3-phase, but it was difficult to get on their building site. According to his response, I have to recommend him our Portable Concrete Diesel Pump, he replied that quoted him firstly and then he would ask his father.
After one week again, Mr Edward sent me message, he said the diesel one is better, but the price is too high to accept, please offered them good discount.
We explained to him that the cost of diesel engine was very expensive, especially, exported to USA, their Country required EPA Certificate, the cost of this Certificate was very high, if you needed diesel one, the Portable concrete diesel pump must pass it, America Country Government controlled strictly, you can check it or ask your friends about this.
We didn’t receive client’s message after we replied him last time, maybe Mr Edward didn’t know about the EPA certificate, we sent him lots of documents and process of the EPA again, we suddenly thought that we exported to America before years, we contacted that clients and let him help me to explain the EPA Certificate to Mr Edward, that client is very fine, he said it was no problem!
About half one month later, we received a call by WhatsApp, that was Mr Edward, he said please give him 2% as good discount, they would like to pay, our accountant calculated all the cost and told me we can accept clients requirements on the price.
